¿Qué es lo más destacado de tu trayectoria como músico electrónico?
Creo que e tenido muchas cosas increíbles e tocado por gran parte
de los clubs de América como Pacha (la más grande de Buenos Aires ) ahora salgo a mi primer tour a China , como productor estoy terminando bajo el sello de Demi Deeper Substance un EP bajo el nombre de Somnus Corp, con mis compañeros Jorge y Beto lo cual estoy muy emocionado creo que Deeper es uno de los labels (sellos disqueros) más grandes de House que hay ahorita .
¿Cuál es tu historia, cómo iniciaste en el mundo como dj y
productor?
Empecé a los 17 años ahora, tengo 7 años como dj y 4 como
productor. Me junté con Jorge López que el tenia una banda de NEW WAVE muy famosa en México, tuve la oportunidad de juntarme con el y ahora estamos creando todo esto.
¿Preferís ser dj o productor, o crees que se debe complementar con
los dos?
Creo que las 2 me encantan, son sensaciones muy diferentes el salir
a tocar y tener contacto con la gente es increíble al igual juntarme
en el estudio y crear, por supuesto se complementan las dos.
¿Qué programas utilizas para producir?
Hace unos meses usábamos Digital Performer, un programa increíble de
Mac, pero ahora usamos Abbleton un programa de verdad muy superior al que utilizábamos antes.
¿Además del House, qué otros géneros te gustan, te consideras un
artista electrónico integral?
Sin duda me gusta todo tipo de música, el último cd que me compre
fue uno de Charlie Parker, uno de los más grandes trompetistas que ha tenido el jazz clásico, hizo canciones bien famosas que ahora son electrónicas como "Salt Peanuts" y "Hot House".
¿En que lugares del mundo y con qué artistas de renombre te gusta
recordar que has tocado?
Estos 2 últimos años he tenido la oportunidad de tocar por todos
lados, aquí en México fui residente de Eglobalnight una productora
muy fuerte donde toqué con la mayoría de los tops djs, me encanta
tocar con Randall Jones es un amigo buenísmo que siempre toca con el corazón Desyn Masiello que siempre es bueno escucharlo, increíble.
¿Qué tanto te ha aportado ese roce internacional en tu carrera?
Creo que mucho, te da seguridad de que estás por el buen camino,
pero siempre hay muchísimo que recorrer.
¿Qué opinas de la escena electrónica en México?
México es de verdad increíble ya que vas a otras ciudades y
regresas y ves lo grande que es este país, la gente es muy apasionada.
¿Cómo te sentís de venir a tocar a un lugar tan exótico,
musicalmente hablando, como El Salvador?
¡Huy! estoy contando los días de ir a tocar, es mi primera vez en El
Salvador y estoy como siempre emocionado, se ve que la gente es increíble.
¿Vas a dejar “Sordo” al público de El Salvador?
Jaja espero que no, lo que sí voy hacer es pasar música buenísima y
dar lo mejor de mí.
